Shift Learning Game

I pitched, designed, and developed this capstone learning experience for a global hospitality client to answer the need to reinforce employee learning as a highly scalable and accessible experience. Modular content allowed for low-cost content updates while dynamic functionality enabled content branching and responsive difficulty.
I was the Creative Director leading game design, wireframing, technical collaboration, content development, visual design, and UI/UX design.
